Pickup At Game

You can now Pickup at your Game! We have rolled out Pickup at Game stores in South Africa, so you can now order online and collect your order from your selected store. To collect in-store, place your order online as normal and select the ‘Pickup’ option instead of entering your delivery details. The Pickup store will be determined by the postal code you enter when you add your address and complete the order. From our multiple Pickup stores, your Pickup location is determined by the closest store with stock. You can change this to the store most convenient for you in the drop down menu. We aim to have your order ready for you to Pickup 2 (two) days from the order date and, in the event that, your order is received before 11h00, your order will be ready for Pickup after 14h00 on the same day, subject to store operating hours.

Please ensure that you insert the number of the person who will Pickup the order. The system automatically has your details as the number where the One Time Pin (OTP) or QR Code will be sent. If a different person will Pickup, kindly select the “someone else” option and duly complete the information requested.

You, or your appointed person, will receive an email and SMS containing a unique QR code when your order is ready to collect from your nearest or allocated Game store. For your order to be released at the Pickup point, you are required to present this QR code. If you do not have a smartphone, kindly access the QR code provided via email, alternatively, bring along a printed copy of your email with the QR code. Please keep your QR code private as we accept no liability for any damages and/or losses suffered howsoever arising from the use or misuse of your collection.

For verification purposes, the person accepting collection at the Pickup point will be required to present the unique QR code and this person shall be deemed to be authorized to collect the order. Any person other than yourself who receives the order at the Pickup point is presumed to be authorised to accept the collection on your behalf on presentation of the QR code.
